What is MateNearby?
MateNearby is a subscription marketplace where verified customers and verified partners connect 1-to-1 for services such as emotional wellness, city guidance, networking, travel help and personal assistance.
Are partners really verified?
Yes. Partners submit identity documents, a selfie and address proof, and our team reviews them before a profile can go live.
How do connection requests work?
Customers use one connection credit to send a request. If the partner declines or the request expires, the credit is returned to you.
Is my chat private?
Chats are 1-to-1 and only open after a request is accepted. You can block or report anyone at any time.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners, so you can use the methods they offer such as UPI and cards.
How do I become a partner?
Sign up as a partner, complete your profile and KYC, choose a plan and go live once our team approves your account.
