Be respectful
- Treat people kindly. No harassment, threats, hate, bullying or discrimination.
- Respect a “no”. If someone declines a request or stops replying, do not pressure them.
Be honest
- Use your real name, photo and details. Do not pretend to be someone else.
- Partners: describe your services truthfully and upload only your own documents.
Keep it appropriate
- No sexual content, nudity, or offers or requests for sexual services.
- No illegal activity, weapons, drugs or anything that puts someone at risk.
- No spam, advertising or chain messages.
Protect privacy and money
- Never share someone else’s private information.
- Never ask for or send OTPs, passwords, card details or KYC documents in chat.
- Be cautious about any request for money. Report it.
Staying safe in person
- Meet first in a public place and tell a friend or family member where you are going.
- Trust your instincts. You can leave or end a chat at any time.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number. We are not an emergency service.
Non-clinical services
Partners offer supportive, non-clinical help. They are not doctors, therapists, lawyers or financial advisers, and must not present themselves as such. If you need professional care, please contact a qualified professional.
Block, report and what happens next
You can block anyone and report any conversation or profile from inside the app. Our moderators review each report. Depending on what we find we may send a warning, suspend the account or ban it permanently. We may also share information with the authorities when the law requires it.
