This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work on matenearby.com.
1. How plans work
Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of days. They are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. We send reminders before a plan expires, and you can renew whenever you choose.
2. Cancelling a plan
Because there is no automatic renewal, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. If you no longer want the Service you can simply let your plan expire and, if you wish, ask us to delete your account.
3. Subscription fees
A plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Fees for a plan that has been activated are generally non-refundable, except where:
- you were charged more than once for the same order (we refund the duplicate);
- money was debited but the plan was not activated and we cannot activate it;
- we are unable to provide the Service you paid for; or
- a refund is required by law.
4. Connection credits
When a customer sends a connection request, one credit is used. If the partner declines the request, or it expires without an answer, the credit is returned automatically to your balance. Credits are not exchangeable for money and end with your plan.
5. How to ask for a refund
Write to eshakrish5663@gmail.com with your registered email, the payment reference or invoice number and a short description. Choose the topic “Payments and billing” on the Contact page.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Banks and gateways usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount, and the time is outside our control.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails you have not been charged for a plan. If your bank has debited the amount, it is normally reversed automatically by the bank or gateway within a few working days. Contact us if it is not.
8. Suspension or ban
If an account is suspended or banned for breaking our Terms or Community Guidelines, the unused part of the plan is not refunded.
